School supplies and personal things for common use are available at the stationery counter inside the canteen.
It follows the buying schedule same as the canteen.
A first come first served basis is to be followed when buying things in the stationery
Other supplies like the official school uniform, P.E uniform are available at the Bakhita Center.
One of the school’s concerns is to safeguard the total health of the students, thus a comprehensive health service which considers the physical, emotional and mental aspects of a person is provided.
Student accident insurance is available for all students. All students pay the group accident insurance during the registration period. In case of accident, medication expense is refunded to the students one (1) month after filling up the necessary forms together with the submission of receipts. The insurance covers accidents that happened anytime (24hours a day, 7 days a week) during the school year, inside or outside the school premises (e.g. vehicular accident, cat/dog/snake bite, etc)
The transportation services used are privately owned. However, agreement on safety practice and traffic rules as well as appropriate behaviors of drivers in and out of the campus, as partners in the educative process, is made with the officers of the Canossa Transport Association. Coordination with the officers and members of Canossa Drivers’ Association is facilitated by the SAC coordinator.
Health care through nutrition awareness is one of the primary programs of the health / food services rendered at Canossa School. The snacks and lunch provided in the canteen have been carefully chosen for their nutritional value. A variety of food is offered for more choices.
Required books and supplementary magazines may be bought at the school during registration/enrolment period. Supplementary reading and instructional materials when required by teachers for students use are paid during enrolment. In such manner, the parents are helped to save time scouting around bookstores looking for needed books of their children.
The school library serves as an important factor that contributes to quality education. It is a place for reading, study and research. It plays an important role in the students’ intellectual development as well as in the professional and educational growth of teachers. Its services are geared to implement the objectives of the school.
The Audio-Visual Room is used by all students at various times. To facilitate the proper use of the AVR, rules and regulations regarding service, reservation and borrowing must be observed.
The laboratories are made available to enhance the learning process and to give the students an opportunity to practice the theories which have been discussed in the classroom.
A modern computer center and speech center are provided for the students to use during regular scheduled times according to the curriculum of the year level. The provisions guarantee optimum individual instruction and therefore the following guidelines are to be observed by those who will use the centers.
The Registrar’s Office is the repository of the academic record of all students.
This office handles all financial transaction of the school.
The administrators, teachers and staff of Canossa School work hand in hand to draw out to the utmost the abilities and qualities of each student. Each one is gifted by God with a personality that should be de discovered and developed in an atmosphere of warmth acceptance and respect. In order to realize this more adequately and to attain the school’s mission and objectives, particularly of promoting the total formation of each student as a person and as a Christian, definite services are designated to assist the students. The school’s Guidance Program and other Student Services are provided through and administered by the Human Resource Center (H.R.C.)
